Rock Melon, also known as cantaloupe, is a type of melon with sweet orange flesh and a rough skin resembling netting. It is native to Australia and New Zealand, while other countries refer to it as “sweet melon”. Check if it is ready to eat by tapping the fruit. They will sound hollow when ripe.  It is rich in vitamins and minerals, including vitamin A and vitamin C.
